The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA, P.L. 111‐148) lays the groundwork for wide‐ranging long‐term care reform for seniors and adults with disabilities. The SCAN Foundation invites you to participate in a policy forum, which will focus on the new law and the long‐term care elements it contains. This forum will provide stakeholders the opportunity to examine these issues with a California lens so that we may be prepared for implementation.
