Mutual Expectations Agreement

It is important for both you and your personal assistant (PA) to have clear expectations of each other. This agreement covers areas where you would want to be sure to have a clear understanding of expectations. Mark the boxes next to the items you would like to include in your agreement. Then click the Create Mutual Expectations Agreement button. You will receive an agreement that you can print out, and then review with your worker. After you both sign it, you can refer to it if something comes up that is not in line with your expectations.

This is not a legal document, but a sample list of suggested areas where you need to have agreement.
