Abstract
In the framework of the Swedish Presidency of the European Union, at the initiative and invitation of the Swedish Minister for Elderly Care and Public Health Maria Larsson and under the active participation of Her Majesty Queen Silvia, the "Conference on Healthy and Dignified Ageing" took place in Stockholm on 15 - 16 September. In this context, Bernd Marin presented the European Centre Background Paper "Who Cares?", which was produced at the invitation of the Swedish Ministry and sponsored by the European Commission, as keynote speaker (abstract from: http://www.euro.centre.org/).
