This website of the Texas STAR PLUS program which is an innovative waiver combining Medicaid 1915(b) and 1915(c) waiver to serve dual eligible (Medicare and Medicaid ) recipients in Harris County in Texas. This program is one of the largest in the country, serving almost 63,000 recipients by 2004.
