Florida Medicaid 1915(c) HCBS Waivers, 2006.

In 2006, there were 66,455 participants in the 11 waiver programs in Florida (Table 1) with expenditures totaling $1,009,222,319 (an average expenditure of $15,187 per participant) (Table 2).
